TRAINING

UX in an Agile Environment

As a UXer, do you not keep up with everything that needs to be done when the time between releases is getting shorter and shorter? Do you have the product owner breathing down your neck? Do you feel simply kidnapped by the development team?

How about a crash course in learning to swim with your nose above the surface of the water?

This training

The training answers how to most smoothly build things together with the help of methodology from AgileUX, by focusing on collaboration in efficient work processes and thus stop creating heavy documents that no one really benefits from. We start from agile principles to find the best way to work in the UX role together with product owners and development teams.

We will go through:

  • What Agile really is
  • What Agile UX is
  • Examples of good UX methods in user research, information architecture and interaction design, which work in an agile environment
  • Facilitation of workshops for maximum collaboration with the rest of the team
  • Lots of little tips to make the process and collaboration smoother
  • And that you yourself get the opportunity to plan your favorite method so that it works in an agile environment!

Who this training is for

This training is for anyone who works with user-centered design, interaction design, usability or similar, in or right next to an organization of agile development teams.

People who have not directly worked with UX methodology, for example graphic designers, business analysts and product owners are of course also welcome, but with the caveat that the course will not explain basic UX concepts.
