Leadership development
Leadership development is the process of enhancing an individual’s abilities to lead and influence others effectively within an organisation or group. It encompasses a variety of learning experiences and self-reflective practices to build and strengthen key leadership skills, such as self-awareness, authenticity, integrity, emotional intelligence, strategic thinking and many others.
Effective leadership development helps individuals understand their own strengths and areas for growth, and by learning this, they also learn how to coach and support their direct-reports. My approach to leadership development is assessing key leadership skills and then working with the improvement areas through coaching and mentoring.
The Leadership Circle™
I have certification in one of the most successful leadership development tools, a 360° leadership assessment called The Leadership Circle Profile. Using this tool, I can guide the leader through their competencies and improvement areas, to find what to focus on and build upon.
Co-Active / Integral Coaching
Based on the Co-Active Coaching™ method, I use an Integral Coaching™ approach to work together with the leader. Co-Active coaching embraces a holistic picture of the coached and Integral makes sure that we together look through all relevant lenses and work holistically to reach a desired outcome.
Servant Leadership
A Servant Leadership stance might be a desired outcome for the leader. It is a leadership that is listening, empathetic, healing, and committed to the growth of people, as well as a community-builder.
