The reality for leaders today is harsh. Almost every one of them says they are overwhelmed and worried about not living up to their responsibilities. They are bombarded with emails, meetings, and expectations that are almost impossible to meet. They are experiencing increasing demand from multiple directions, with challenges that do not stop growing in size and scope. A mindset shift is needed. A change from traditional ways of managing into a more coaching leadership will not only help the leader but also increase the direct report’s motivation and happiness.
This training
The training is a workshop in servant and coaching leadership, the cornerstones of Agile leadership, which aims to complement the participants’ knowledge of traditional leadership methods.
We will do simulations and exercises (as well as discussions/theory) in the following areas:
- What an Agile leadership requires – values and mindset as well as a possibly new view of what the job entails
- How to support and help employees reach their full potential through
- Coaching leadership (incl. conversation technique, continuous support and group dynamics)
- Servant leadership (incl. self-awareness, psychological security and leading-by-example)
- Creative leadership (relational and at the same time task-focused leadership)
- How to create effective, independent, empowered and mature employees and teams
- What holds a leader back from Agile leadership and what strengthens

Training setup
The training mainly consists of experiential training, interspersed with theory and reflective discussions, in 3 one day sessions over a couple of weeks.
